We have several hosting plans that suit our clients’ needs. Every web site case is a different one and we will propose the ideal solution after we study your needs. Among our solutions there are plans that include elasticity of resources, meaning that if for a reason a service requires more resources at some point, we can assign more cpu, ram or hd space on the fly.

Basic support is included in all our hosting plans. Basic support covers standard server security issues and covers core network software upgrades. It does not provide account management or any kind of software related administration. Advanced Support Plans are provided through special contracts, according to our clients’ needs.

Your hosting plans are provided in a per year basis paid in advance. You can cancel any time but there will be no refund of your paid subscription. If you want to upgrade, we will provide you with the additional resources and you will cover the difference between your existing plan cost and your new plan cost, calculated until your current expiration date. And of course all the above depend on your contract.

Almost everything. We have a development team that can support our clients from creating a news portal, an e-commerce site or a mobile application, up to a telecommunications load testing software.
